Withdrawal Terms
Before processing a withdrawal request, 18bdt will confirm that all wagering requirements have been met and account verification has been completed.
- A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once submitted.

- 18bdt may set maximum withdrawal limits as needed.

Welcome Bonus
18bdt offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
- Some games may not be eligible to count toward the wagering requirement — refer to the game-specific terms.
- It is not possible to complete the wagering for multiple bonuses at the same time.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
VIP Program & Cashback
18bdt offers a four-tier VIP program for regular players:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Tiers are advanced through regular play. 18bdt determines the detailed terms of VIP benefits and reserves the right to make changes.
Section 5: Game Rules & Prohibited Activities
General Game Rules

- 18bdt reserves the right to void bets completed due to a technical error.
- In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of a bet will be determined according to server logs.

Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

Account Closure by 18bdt
18bdt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Serious breach of terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Legal obligation or regulatory directive.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. However, the original deposited amount will be returned where applicable.
Account Closure by the Player
You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance (subject to meeting wagering requirements).
In the case of a voluntary self-exclusion request, 18bdt will ensure the necessary protective measures are in place.
